For the 2022 Arlis/ANZ Biennial Conference, we wanted to bring together librarians from Australia, New Zealand and around the world to reestablish our community.
It’s been a difficult couple of years in Melbourne, Victoria, where the 2022 Conference committee are based. We’ve seen COVID-19 lockdowns, climate change-induced flooding, and restructures in many of the libraries we were working in before COVID hit.
But we’re still here, wanting to provide a place to share stories, successes and failures, and as librarians, we’re always interested in asking: Where are we now? And where might we fly to next?
